Team & Projectwork

We attach great importance to guiding our students towards independent learning and to enrich our teaching through hands-on experiences. For this reason, our teachers regularly use projects to convey teaching content.

Matching specific topics, our students go on excursions, visit theatres and museums, interview experts, construct models, carry out experiments, and prepare presentations. Thus, the children learn how to approach a topic or task in an independent and creative way and from different angles, and conduct a group presentation.

Many projects are conducted in groups in order for our students to practice social behaviour, take over responsibility and learn from one another. This is the reason we use group work as often as possible: In sports, where fair play and team work are an integral part of teaching, and as an overall philosophy which extends across the other subjects.
