Das zum ersten Mal stattfindende Human Rights Film Festival, organisiert durch die humanitäre und entwicklingspolitische Organisation AKTION GEGEN DEN HUNGER präsentiert in mehr als 20 Dokumentarfilmen die Thematik Menschenrechte. Diesjährig wird der Fokuss auf die globalen Flucht- und Migrationsbewegung gelegt. Am 26.09.2018 konnten die SchülerInnen der 9. und 10. Klasse den Film THE WAIT von Emil Langballe im Sputnik Kino sehen. Im Anschluss lernten die SchülerInnen eine junge Afghanin kennen, die ein ähnliches Schicksal wie die Protagonistin in dem Film erlebt hat. Viele Fragen der SchülerInnen konnten in den anschließenden Gesprächen und Diskussionen erörtert und beantwortet werden.

HUMAN RIGHTS FESTIVAL
The Human Rights Film Festival, organised by the humanitarian and development organisation CAMPAIGN AGAINST HUNGER, is taking place for the first time and presents the topic of human rights in more than 20 documentaries. This year the focus will be on the global refugee and migration movement. On 26 September 2018 the students of Year 9 and 10 could see the film The Wait by Emil Langballe at the Sputnik cinema. Afterwards, the students got to meet a young Afghan woman who experienced a similar fate as the protagonist in the film. Many questions of the students could be discussed and answered in the following conversations.
