Ski Trip 2019

Datum:
Wednesday brings the ski trip to the halfway point of the ski trip and what a day it was!
With almost 77cm of fresh snow falling on the hills overnight, the ski slope was full of fresh snow which made some runs very challenging. However the students persisted on the slopes and had red rosey faces at the start of lunch. We stopped skiing just after 3pm to head back to the hotel for an early dinner.
Post dinner, students went to their rooms to put their ski clothes back on to head out for the night time skiing experience.
And WOW, what an experience it was! With only one run open all students were able to go down in their own groups at various different speeds! The night skiing was so good that the students asked to stay until the end. The slopes were much quieter than during the day, which gave some students the opportunity to try jumps that the ski staff had set up. Overall the night skiing was enjoyed by everyone and left the students longing for the comfort of their beds!
