Looking at the Middle Ages Through Rose Colored Glasses

3B has been studying the European Middle Ages in Topic, and this week and last we have been working on a connected art piece.
Last week we created “Rose Windows” by topping watercolors with a black cut-out window shape, and this week we began drawing cathedrals inspired by Notre Dame, constructed in 1163.
As you can see, we still have some work to do, but we are excited about our progress so far!
